Driveway Permits

Before you alter an existing driveway or construct a new one, a permit must be applied for at Little Canada City Center. (Driveway sealcoating is not considered an alteration.) This permit helps regulate the amount of paving that exists on properties as well as reduces dust and erosion runoff onto streets and eventually into lakes. Additionally, existing unpaved driveways are required to be paved if they are altered or there is construction of a new garage on the property.

Here's what you will need:

  • A site plan
  • $25 Permit fee
