Background
The City appproved a Preliminary and Final Plat and Variance application for the property located at 0 Edgerton Street (PID 052922340061) to subdivide the parcel into seven lots to build single-family homes. A Variance is requested for a reduction in the lot depth of each lot (from 130 feet to 120 feet). The Planning Commission recommended approval to City Council at their January 26th meeting. City Council approved the Preliminary Plat and Variance request at their February 8th meeting. The Final Plat was approved in March 2023. Construction is slated to begin in late fall/winter 2023.
